Ad hoc hours
Ad -hoc hours can be booked as and when the need arises and are charged at a fixed rate, with no ongoing commitment.
Ad - hoc support charged by the hour, as and when you need it. (Minimum 3 hours commitment)
Hourly rate is £ 30
Retainer Packages
A retainer package gives you a pre -paid, fixed amount of hours per month (minimum 1 month commitment), to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs.
- Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes
- Packages do not carry over from month to month
- Retainer hours include briefing time
